Proxies and IP Addresses
What proxies should I use for working with accounts?
The most important thing when using any account is quality proxies. Use individual private IPv4 proxies — this means that only you have access through that proxy. The main rule: one IP — one account.
People spend time and money searching for suitable proxies, and the choice is strictly individual: what works for one person may not work for another. Our store does not collaborate with proxy sellers and does not know which ones are better. Test and you will find what suits you best.
What types of proxies exist and how do they differ?
- Mobile (4G/5G). IP addresses from mobile carriers. Generally the most natural type of traffic for social networks, as real users often access them from mobile internet.
- Residential. IP addresses from home internet providers. Suitable for social networks and analytics.
- Individual IPv4. A dedicated IP address for a single user. The basic working option for most tasks.
- Datacenter (DC proxy). Server IP addresses. Used for parsing and testing, but not suitable for social networks as they are easily identified as server traffic.
The proxy IP must match the geography of the account: if the account is registered in Germany, use a German proxy.
Can I use a VPN?
No, neither paid nor free. VPN services serve many clients simultaneously using the same IP addresses. Essentially, they are the same as shared proxies, which is why the risk of mass account blocking increases.
Why can't I use shared proxies, public proxies, or IPv6?
They all share the same problem: multiple people use them simultaneously. When many accounts from different people operate through the same IP address, services recognize this as suspicious activity and block everyone.
We do not recommend IPv6 proxies either. In some services (for example, VKontakte), IPv6 cannot be used at all.
For more details on restrictions, see our rules.
What happens if I log into multiple accounts from one IP?
The chance of getting all accounts in the batch blocked increases immediately. Services track how many accounts are authorized from one IP address. Multiple logins from one IP is one of the main triggers for mass blocking.
Do I need to use a proxy if I am in the same country as the account?
Yes. Even if you are in the same country as the account, using a proxy helps isolate accounts from each other and from your main IP address. Without a proxy, all accounts are tied to one home IP, making them vulnerable if any one of them gets blocked.
Devices and Browsers
Is it mandatory to use different devices for different accounts?
Yes. Similar to proxies — if you log into multiple accounts from one device, the chance of the entire batch getting blocked increases significantly. Ideally, each account should run on a separate device or in an isolated environment.
What does NOT count as a "different device"?
The following methods do not provide account isolation:
- Normal browser mode and incognito mode
- Clearing cookies between logins
- Using different browsers on the same computer
All of these options leave the same digital fingerprint. For real isolation, use an antidetect browser, different physical devices, or specialized account management software.
Why do I need an antidetect browser?
An antidetect browser creates an isolated profile with a unique digital fingerprint for each account. This allows you to work with multiple accounts on one computer, providing each with a separate environment: different cookies, cache, UserAgent, and other parameters. Essentially, an antidetect browser replaces a separate computer for each account.
We will not go into more detail here. There is plenty of information and offers for specialized programs on the internet.
Account Warmup
Do I need to warm up an account before use?
Yes. Before active use, log into the account through an antidetect browser, spend time on the feed, and perform routine actions. Duration: from several minutes to several hours, depending on the task.
Do not start active work with an account immediately after purchase. A short period of routine activity reduces risks.
How to properly warm up an account?
The general principle of warmup is gradual increase of activity:
- Log into the account through an antidetect browser with a proxy. Fill in the profile (photo, description) if it is empty.
- In the first days, behave like a regular user: scroll the feed, view pages, give a few likes.
- Gradually increase activity — add subscriptions, comments, posts.
- Do not allow sudden spikes in activity — going from zero actions to hundreds in a day looks suspicious.
Specific timeframes and volumes depend on the service and your goals. There is no universal recipe, but the principle is the same: smooth, without sudden spikes.
Limits and Bans
What activity limits do services have?
We cannot provide exact limits — they are constantly changing and differ from service to service. But one thing is certain: excessive activity will lead to a block.
Examples of excessive activity:
- Sending 1,000 messages
- 10,000 reposts
A typical user does not perform such actions — the account automatically falls under sanctions. At first, perform routine actions in small volumes.
What actions most commonly lead to account blocking?
Main reasons for blocks:
- Geographic mismatch — logging in from an IP in a different country or city than the account's data
- Mass actions — thousands of likes, messages, subscriptions in a short period
- Sudden activity spike — a spike in action volume after a period of inactivity
- Using shared/public proxies — multiple accounts from one IP
- Frequent environment changes without isolation — logging into an account from different devices and fingerprints without logic
It is impossible to fully protect an account from blocking — services are constantly updating their algorithms. But following basic rules significantly reduces the risks.
Facebook — Special Recommendations
What IP should I use for Facebook accounts?
Use only an IP from the account's registration country. If the account is registered in Germany, the proxy must be German. Not following this rule leads to login errors. There are no replacements or refunds in such cases.
My Facebook account says "wrong password" — what should I do?
In most cases, the reason is a mismatch between the IP address and the account's geography. Facebook treats a login from a different country as suspicious activity and blocks access with a "wrong password" message, even though the password is actually correct.
Solution: make sure your proxy matches the account's registration country. There are no replacements or refunds when using an incompatible IP.
Do I need to warm up an FB account before using it in Dolphin and similar software?
Yes. If you plan to use accounts via token in specialized software, we recommend warming them up beforehand — at least by simply logging in through browser mode to the Facebook feed.
How to do it:
- Log in through an antidetect browser or ZennoPoster using cookie profiles
- Spend several minutes to several hours in the account
- Perform ordinary routine actions — browsing the feed, scrolling through pages
There may also be problems when working through Dolphin. The store is not responsible for this.
Account Types
What are autoreg, samoreg, real, and boosted accounts?
In product descriptions you may encounter different account types:
- Autoreg: an account registered automatically using software. Mass production, basic configuration.
- Samoreg: an account registered manually by a person. Generally higher quality than autoreg, as the creation process is more natural.
- Real: accounts created by real users. They have a natural activity history: friends, subscriptions, posts.
- Boosted: accounts with a notable history: followers, posts, comments. They appear most natural to platforms.
The specific type and its characteristics are listed in the description of each product.
What is the age of accounts in the store?
Account age depends on the specific product and is listed in the product description on the product page. Some products offer fresh accounts (days or weeks since registration), others offer aged accounts (months or years).
What is the difference between fresh and old accounts?
- Fresh accounts — recently registered. More sensitive to sudden actions and changes in environment. Require careful warmup and a gradual increase in activity.
- Old (aged) accounts — with a history of existence. Generally more resistant to checks from services, but may carry traces of past activity.
The choice depends on your goals: fresh accounts are suitable when you need a "clean slate," old ones — when stability and platform trust matter more.
Payment and Order Delivery
How quickly will I receive the product after payment?
The product is delivered automatically within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation. Account data will be available in your personal account on the website and duplicated to the email you used during purchase.
I paid with cryptocurrency, but the balance was not credited — what should I do?
Delays in cryptocurrency payments can occur due to blockchain network congestion. If funds have not been credited after the transaction has been confirmed on the network — contact support through the ticket system, providing:
- Email linked to your store account.
- Order number.
- Transaction (TXID / transaction hash).
I sent the wrong amount in cryptocurrency — what should I do?
Contact support through the ticket system, providing your email, order number, and transaction (TXID). Support will resolve the situation and advise on next steps.
Troubleshooting Account Issues
The account does not work or was blocked immediately after purchase — what should I do?
First, check the following:
- Does your proxy match the account's registration country
- Are you using an antidetect browser with an individual profile
- Did you log in from multiple IPs or devices simultaneously
- Did you attempt mass actions right away
If everything was done correctly and the account still does not work — contact support, providing the order number, a description of the problem, and a screenshot or video recording. Replacement and refund conditions are described in the rules.
How to check the account before starting work?
We recommend checking the account right after purchase:
- Log in through an antidetect browser with a suitable proxy (proxy country = account country).
- Make sure the main account functions work — the profile loads, you can browse the feed.
- Record the login and verification process on video — this will be required if you need to contact support.
For more details on video recording requirements, see our rules.
